About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop advanced analytical models and simulate capacity, transit time, and cost scenarios to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership
  • Map, analyze, and redesign B2C and B2B last-mile operations flows to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and improve service levels
  • Identify, quantify, and report the financial benefits of logistics efficiency projects to executive leadership
  • Implement and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, lead time, unit logistics cost, service level, productivity, and accuracy
  • Develop and lead action plans to eliminate bottlenecks, rework, and inefficiencies
  • Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects focused on productivity and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement multimodal solutions and logistics alternatives to maximize efficiency and reduce risks
  • Promote green logistics initiatives and carbon footprint reduction
  • Serve as an internal consultant to executive leadership and other departments, presenting results, recommendations, and business cases in executive committees and senior management meetings
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment of logistics processes with corporate policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in large-scale or multi-site logistics operations
  • Experience preparing budget controls and identifying savings opportunities
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SQL, and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
  • Availability to work four days on-site and one day remotely
