About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and update monthly financial models, rolling forecasts, and annual budget templates
Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes through budget-vs-actual variance analyses
Surface key operational trends
Prepare and distribute routine financial reporting packages and operational dashboards for leadership and department heads
Partner with Accounting on expense tracking and HR on headcount updates against budget
Gather and clean data for provider capacity planning, clinical visit volume trends, and operational efficiency analyses
Assist in testing, implementing, and maintaining FP&A software and BI reporting tools
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across financial systems and reporting outputs
Support financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis across Midi Health's virtual healthcare platform
Report to the Director, Finance and collaborate with corporate finance and clinical operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics, or equivalent experience
1+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting (strong internship experience included)
Core proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
Foundational understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and basic accounting concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize financial data clearly
Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
