About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and own full-stack features end-to-end across patient, clinician, and operational products
Partner with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software
Write scalable, maintainable code while balancing speed of execution
Contribute to architecture decisions and improve code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices
Review code and participate in technical discussions
Help teammates level up through mentorship, code review, and pairing
Use AI coding tools daily to multiply output and improve team workflows
Drive significant projects from brainstorming through architecture, execution, rollout, and iteration

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications at production scale
Strong hands-on coding skills in a modern web stack, including Django/DRF and React/Next.js, or equivalent experience
Experience with system design and producing pragmatic architectures from ambiguous product problems
Solid command of AI coding tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and similar
Good mentorship instincts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders
Proactive ownership mindset
Experience advocating for automated testing, CI, and high code quality
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Healthcare, EHR integration, regulated-domain, and consumer-facing startup experience are nice to have
