About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell roofing and other high-ticket products
- Work with company-generated homeowner appointments
- Build an individual sales pipeline through referrals, networking, relationships, and personal prospecting
- Generate opportunities to earn higher commissions
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
- Build trust and close business
- Use company-provided marketing materials
- Work with marketing, CRM, and sales support
- Participate in paid training and onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales professional with a track record of sales success
- Experience in roofing, home improvement, HVAC, solar, restoration, insurance, or another high-ticket product is helpful
- Financially motivated and competitive
- Able to confidently ask for the sale
- Able to follow up and manage a pipeline
- Professional and trustworthy
- Coachable and accountable
- Able to work independently
- Willing to climb roofs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Outside sales experience
