About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support project managers in applying the methodology by identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement
Conduct Quality Gates, validating documents, deliverables, and schedule, scope, and cost controls
Consolidate and analyze reports and metrics, ensuring reliable and up-to-date portfolio information
Lead post-implementation review (PIR) lessons-learned sessions and track improvement actions
Propose and implement AI and automation improvements in alignment with the team and leadership
Manage requests for part-time professionals, including sourcing, negotiating rates within the approved budget, tracking performance, and collecting feedback
Monitor utilization levels and action plans with the responsible Heads on a biweekly basis
Organize and monitor the Information Security governance initiative, leading meetings and tracking schedules, deliverables, and owners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in PMO, governance, or project operations
Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, schedules, metrics, and documentation
Advanced Excel skills and experience with project planning and tracking tools
Ability to analyze information, identify inconsistencies, and propose improvements
Familiarity with AI tools applied to the workplace
Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage activities, follow up on outstanding items, and meet deadlines
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Proactivity, critical thinking, and adaptability
Knowledge of Power BI, MS Project, and automation tools
Intermediate to advanced English
Basic to intermediate Spanish (preferred)
