About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain project controls processes across complex programmes
- Develop and manage project schedules, plans and milestones
- Monitor project performance against cost, schedule and delivery baselines
- Support forecasting, budgeting, cost control and financial reporting
- Identify, assess and monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities
- Produce project and programme reports for senior stakeholders
- Support change control and assess impacts to cost, schedule and scope
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Programme Managers and wider delivery teams
- Provide analysis and recommendations to keep programmes on track
- Improve project controls methodologies, tools and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working across complex projects or programmes
- Strong understanding of project controls principles
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, reporting, cost or risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Confidence working with delivery teams and senior stakeholders
- Structured, organised approach and ability to manage competing priorities
