About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of strategic, complex, and high-value technical projects and programs
  • Manage multiple interdependent projects simultaneously
  • Develop comprehensive project plans aligning stakeholder requirements with company goals
  • Coordinate technical and non-technical personnel from discovery through implementation
  • Identify and assess systemic project risks and dependencies; develop contingency plans
  • Manage project crises and recover off-track initiatives
  • Communicate complex project information to executive leadership and influence decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, including refining methodologies, standardizing tools, and implementing best practices
  • Travel to company offices, industry conferences, and potentially vendor-management activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 2 years specifically leading complex, high-impact projects or programs
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time, within budget, and to scope
  • Expert proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • General understanding of technical components such as APIs, User Interfaces, and User Interface QA
  • Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing one's own time, balancing many different projects simultaneously, while being flexible, agile, and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, negotiate solutions, and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
  • A keen understanding of organizational change management principles
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • PMP certification desired
  • Scrum Master experience desired
