About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of rental arrears cases during the amicable collections phase
  • Contact tenants with outstanding rent payments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two-year to three-year post-secondary qualification (law, insurance, real estate, business administration, or office administration)
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome
  • Comfortable communicating by phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to maintain a professional approach in sometimes sensitive situations
  • Previous experience in customer relations, property management, insurance, or administration is a plus
  • Completion of a practical case study before a potential interview
