About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain financial models supporting acquisition valuations, scenario analyses, and deal return assessments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support opportunity identification and deal evaluation.
- Support due diligence activities by compiling, organizing, and summarizing target company information.
- Prepare deal documentation, presentation materials, and executive summaries for review by senior deal team members.
- Coordinate deal process logistics, including data room management, scheduling, and document tracking.
- Research M&A market developments, comparable transactions, and valuation benchmarks to inform deal analysis.
- Maintain deal pipeline tracking logs and assist with preparation of portfolio and activity reporting.
