About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help drive quality from conception to finished product
  • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Apply and maintain automated testing processes for products
  • Contribute to regression packs and maintain a high level of automated test coverage
  • Identify and report issues and work with team members to resolve them
  • Contribute to architectural decisions from a testability perspective
  • Track quality assurance metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
  • Work as part of a full-stack product team including product people, designers, engineers, test engineers, and subject matter experts
  • Report to the QA Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education Level: Graduate
  • Experience working with Foreign Exchange systems
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience with Playwright
  • Programming skills in JavaScript
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing
  • Good spoken and written English
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
  • A high degree of personal honesty and integrity
  • Understanding of how to effectively prompt and utilize AI tools for test planning, documentation, and analysis
  • Additional skills advantageous: experience working on FX, Cash Management or Interest Rate financial systems
  • AWS and/or Azure experience, particularly around test environment provisioning or cloud-based test execution
  • Growth mindset and ability to respond to changing circumstances with agility
  • Must be located within +/- 2 hours of the UK
