About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, supervise, and coordinate internal teams and external contractors
Manage daily operations, workflows, deadlines, and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in operations, business management, or growth leadership
Proven experience managing teams and delivering results
Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisition
Experience in HealthTech, mental health, digital health, or healthcare platforms preferred
Commercial mindset
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Experience working in startups or scaling digital platforms is highly desirable
Hands-on operational leadership combining people management, operational execution, and business growth expertise
