About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the employer's diary, appointments, meetings and daily schedule
  • Arrange meetings, prepare briefing notes and track follow-up actions
  • Attend meetings with the employer or on the employer's behalf, take notes and communicate outcomes
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, transport, visas and travel itineraries
  • Travel with the employer when required and assist with packing, unpacking and trip preparation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Confident using digital tools and managing tasks remotely
  • Professional, discreet, resourceful and comfortable supporting both personal and business needs
  • Flexible availability for changing schedules, occasional work outside normal hours and last-minute travel
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
