About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage diary, appointments, meetings and daily schedule.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare briefing notes and track follow-up actions.
  • Attend meetings, take notes and communicate outcomes.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, transport, visas and travel itineraries.
  • Travel with the principal when required and assist with packing, unpacking and trip preparation.
  • Handle correspondence, documents, expenses and general business administration.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgement.
  • Confident using digital tools and managing tasks remotely.
  • Professional, discreet, resourceful and comfortable supporting both personal and business needs.
  • Flexible availability for changing schedules, occasional work outside normal hours and last-minute travel.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
