About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and develop the Mindly product, a marketplace for psychologists and their clients
Work closely with the Product Team and CEO
Understand user needs and pressing problems
Shape and evaluate potential solutions
Contribute to AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion for mental health support users
Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery
Drive the full development cycle independently, from problem identification through production launch
Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of commercial experience in a product company
Proficiency with Node.js and React.js
Experience with TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL
Product thinking focused on solving user problems
Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications, or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work
Strong engineering fundamentals
Ability to design scalable, maintainable systems
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools
Experience in mobile app development is a plus
