Key responsibilities & impact

Build and develop the Mindly product
Understand user needs and pressing problems
Shape and evaluate potential solutions
Contribute to AI-powered experiences, workflows, and the AI Companion
Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery
Work closely with the Product Team and CEO
Independently drive the full development cycle from problem identification to production launch
Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working with React.js and Node.js
Experience with TypeScript, React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL
Product thinking focused on solving user problems
Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications, or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows
Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to design scalable, maintainable systems
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools
Mobile app development experience is a plus
Ability to work from anywhere within the CET or EET time zone
