About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes
- Create, organize, and deliver variations of core brand elements
- Enforce brand consistency across internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
- Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems aligned with modern design standards
- Validate designs across platforms and ensure brand aesthetics work across digital and print mediums
- Serve as the architect and gatekeeper of the brand identity for the Tendem project
- Modernize aesthetics and ensure cohesive visual touchpoints across various mediums
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus
- Strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
- Deep understanding of translating core branding across digital and print mediums
- Strategic, detail-obsessed approach
- Ability to work independently and build long-lasting visual systems
- Expertise in foundational brand assets, scalable logos, color palettes, and typography systems
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Deep proficiency with Figma
- Ability to adapt brand identity across digital social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print materials
- Strong organizational skills for brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot independently
- Portfolio showcasing branding work must be included in the CV
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
