About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create strong visual identities for real-world brands and products within the Tendem project
  • Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes
  • Create, organize, and deliver variations of core brand elements
  • Maintain brand consistency across internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
  • Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems aligned with modern design standards
  • Validate designs across platforms and ensure brand aesthetics translate across digital and print mediums
  • Modernize brand aesthetics and ensure cohesive visual touchpoints across various mediums
  • Apply brand strategy, visual identity, and design-system expertise to create cohesive, modern, impactful brand assets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus
  • Strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
  • Deep understanding of how core branding translates across digital and print mediums
  • Strategic, detail-obsessed approach
  • Ability to work independently to build long-lasting visual systems
  • Expertise in building foundational brand assets, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Proven ability to translate brand DNA across digital social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print materials
  • Strong organizational skills to develop brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries
  • Strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity
  • Dedication to visual consistency and functioning as a brand gatekeeper
  • Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot independently
  • Portfolio showcasing branding work must be included in the CV
  • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
