About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design distinctive professional logos and visual identity concepts based on brand requirements and creative briefs
- Explore and develop multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into effective visual symbols and systems
- Apply branding principles across assets to maintain consistent visual identity
- Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
- Design reusable templates for social media, marketing materials, and one-pagers
- Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition
- Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals
- Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery
- Work across logo design, brand identity, visual concepts, layouts, infographics, social media templates, one-pagers, and other marketing and communication assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development
- Portfolio link required on CV; applications without a portfolio link or relevant graphic design cases will not be considered
- Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities
- Strong understanding of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and practical application across formats
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts
- Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition
- Proven ability to create modern infographics and social media templates
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Ability to design across one-pagers and digital templates
- Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong dedication to delivering visually polished, professional-grade assets
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus
