About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design distinctive, professional logos and visual identity concepts based on brand requirements and creative briefs
- Explore and develop multiple logo directions using conceptual thinking
- Apply branding principles across assets to maintain a consistent visual identity
- Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
- Design reusable templates for social media, marketing materials, and one-pagers
- Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition
- Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals
- Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery
- Work across varied visual design tasks for the Tendem project, including logo design, brand identity, visual concepts, layouts, infographics, social media templates, one-pagers, and marketing assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development
- Portfolio examples of original logo concepts and effective visual solutions
- Portfolio showcasing social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is highly valued
- Exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts
- Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution
- Strong understanding of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
- Ability to structure information through modern infographics and social media templates
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Deep proficiency with Figma
- Ability to adapt designs across one-pagers and digital templates
- Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong dedication to delivering polished, professional-grade assets
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously
- CV must include a portfolio link with relevant graphic design examples; applications without one will not be considered
- English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required
