About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create high-quality visual assets for the Tendem project and real-world use cases
- Design distinctive professional logos and visual identity concepts from creative briefs
- Explore multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into visual symbols and systems

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development
- Portfolio should include original logo concepts and effective visual solutions
- Portfolio showcasing social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is highly valued
- Exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Deep proficiency with Figma
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts
- Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution
- Strong understanding of brand identity principles and application across formats
- Ability to create modern infographics and social media templates
- Ability to design one-pagers and digital templates across different media constraints
- Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously
- CV must be submitted in English
- CV must include a portfolio link with relevant graphic design examples; applications without one will not be considered
- English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required
- Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
