About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create high-quality visual assets for real-world use cases within the Tendem project
- Design distinctive professional logos and visual identity concepts based on brand requirements and creative briefs
- Explore and develop multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into visual symbols and systems
- Apply branding principles consistently across different assets and formats
- Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
- Design reusable templates for social media channels, marketing materials, and one-pagers
- Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition
- Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals
- Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery
- Complete qualification processes and contribute to projects aligned with skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development
- Portfolio with relevant graphic design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant graphic design cases will not be considered
- Ability to create original logo concepts and translate brand ideas into effective visual solutions
- Experience with social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is highly valued
- Exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
- Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and solve visual challenges
- Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution
- Strong understanding of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and application across formats
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts
- Exceptional knowledge of typography, grid systems, and visual composition
- Proven ability to structure information through modern infographics and social media templates
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Deep proficiency with Figma
- Ability to design across one-pagers and digital templates, adapting to medium constraints
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously
- CV submitted in English
- English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required
