About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks
  • Take CAD geometry and set up and run simulations

  • Write Python checks for agent results
  • Contribute approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field such as energy or oil & gas
  • Several years of hands-on industry or research CFD experience with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX or STAR-CCM+, including meshing
  • Solid verification and validation practice, including mesh-independence studies and validation against experiment or benchmarks
  • Comfortable with Python and GitHub
  • English at B2 level or above
  • Aerospace, automotive, offshore or turbomachinery background; multiphase or particle-laden flow experience (nice to have)
