About the role

Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences
Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with minimalism and precise information hierarchy
Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent visual design
Apply a polished, persuasive, premium corporate-meets-creative style across deliverables
Validate visual alignment, pacing, formatting quality, and brand adherence before final delivery
Create high-quality presentations for real-world use cases within the Tendem project
Turn raw data and narratives into compelling, presentation-ready slides and one-pagers

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus
Strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization
Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design
Methodical, detail-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and transform complex narratives into premium visuals
Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, and similar presentation software
Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma
Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
Advanced skills in custom typography and smooth, elegant animations
Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection
Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
