About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create high-quality web designs for real-world use cases for the Tendem project.
- Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
- Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components for developer or no-code implementation.
- Organize Figma frames, export assets, and document specifications for production-ready handoff.
- Maintain visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
- Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery.
- Own the look and feel of web-based materials and align them with the broader brand ecosystem.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable.
- Strong portfolio heavily focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers.
- Experience working from rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand systems to create structured, implementation-ready web designs.
- User-centric, conversion-minded approach.
- Ability to work independently.
- Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems.
- Expertise in structuring high-converting, pitch-style landing pages.
- Understanding of preparing, specifying, and packaging digital assets for developer or no-code implementation, including Webflow and Framer.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
- Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot independently.
- English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required.
- CV must include a portfolio link with web design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant web design cases will not be considered.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields is a plus.
