About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create high-quality web designs for real-world use cases for the Tendem project
- Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or existing drafts
- Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and developer- or no-code-ready sections
- Organize Figma frames, export assets, and detail specifications for production-ready handoff
- Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials
- Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, layout quality, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery
- Own the look and feel of web-based materials and align them with the broader brand ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related creative/technical fields is a plus
- Strong portfolio heavily focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers
- Confidence working from rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand systems
- User-centric, conversion-minded approach
- Ability to work independently
- Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems
- Expertise in structuring high-converting, pitch-style landing pages
- Understanding of preparing, specifying, and packaging digital assets for developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer
- Ability to translate brand aesthetics across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks
- Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot independently
- English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
- CV must include a portfolio link with web design examples; applications without relevant portfolio cases will not be considered
