About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content
- Review responses to clinical questions and assess medical accuracy and safety
- Label AI outputs against clear quality criteria
- Create complex, realistic tasks for frontier AI agents using scattered patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning
- Build detailed task versions with objective scoring
- Write ambiguous task versions designed to train AI agents to succeed with less guidance
- Contribute to project-based health-focused AI training initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Submit CV in English and indicate English proficiency level
- US-based practicing physician or licensed adjacent clinical professional
- Degree in Medicine, or degree in a related field (nursing, psychology, dietetics, etc.) with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Current, valid US license to practice
- Active clinical practice
- 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
- Strong written English (C1+)
- Specialists and senior practitioners are welcome
- Tasks must be submitted by deadlines and meet listed acceptance criteria
