About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content
- Review responses to clinical questions and assess medical accuracy and safety
- Label AI outputs against clear quality criteria
- Create complex, realistic tasks for frontier AI agents using scattered patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning
- Build detailed task versions with objective scoring
- Write ambiguous versions designed to train AI agents to succeed with less hand-holding
- Submit tasks by deadlines and meet listed acceptance criteria
Requirements
What you’ll need- US-based practicing physician (MD/DO) or other licensed clinical professional
- Degree in Medicine, or a degree in a related field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Current, valid US license to practice; relevant state license for adjacent roles
- Active clinical practice
- 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
- Strong written English (C1+)
- Specialists and senior practitioners welcome
- CV must be submitted in English with English proficiency indicated
