About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content for medical accuracy and safety
  • Review responses to clinical questions and label outputs against quality criteria
  • Create complex, realistic tasks involving patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning
  • Build detailed versions of tasks with objective scoring
  • Write ambiguous versions designed to train AI agents with less hand-holding
  • Contribute to health-focused AI training projects during active project phases
  • Complete approximately 10–20 hours per week when projects are active

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US-based practicing physician or other licensed clinical professional
  • Degree in Medicine, or a degree in a related field with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions
  • Current, valid US license to practice
  • Active clinical practice
  • 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
  • Strong written English (C1+)
  • Submit CV in English and indicate level of English proficiency
  • Tasks must be submitted by deadlines and meet listed acceptance criteria
  • Board certification is a plus
  • Specialists and senior practitioners welcome
