About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content
- Review responses to clinical questions and assess medical accuracy and safety
- Label AI outputs against defined quality criteria
- Create complex, realistic tasks to test frontier AI agents
- Develop tasks involving scattered patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning
- Build detailed task versions with objective scoring
- Write ambiguous task versions to train AI agents with less hand-holding
- Contribute to health-focused AI training projects for leading technology companies
- Participate in project-based work during active project phases
Requirements
What you’ll need- US-based practicing physician (MD/DO) or licensed adjacent clinical professional
- Degree in Medicine, or a degree in a related field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Current, valid US license to practice
- Active clinical practice
- 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
- Strong written English (C1+)
- CV submitted in English
- Specialists and senior practitioners are welcome
- Tasks must be submitted by the deadline and meet the listed acceptance criteria
Benefits
Comp & perks- Project-based, non-permanent work
- Part-time project participation
- Tasks estimated at around 10–20 hours per week during active phases
- Compensation of up to the equivalent of $240/hr, paid per accepted task (task-based compensation, not a guaranteed hourly rate)
