About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content
- Review responses to clinical questions for medical accuracy and safety
- Label AI outputs against defined quality criteria
- Create complex, realistic tasks involving scattered patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning
- Build detailed task versions with objective scoring
- Write ambiguous task versions to train AI agents to operate with less guidance
- Complete and submit project tasks by deadlines and acceptance criteria
Requirements
What you’ll need- US-based practicing physician or other licensed clinical professional
- Degree in Medicine, or a degree in a related field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training including diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Current, valid US license to practice; medical license for physicians or relevant state license for adjacent roles such as RN, licensed psychologist, or RDN
- Active clinical practice
- 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
- Strong written English (C1+)
- Specialists and senior practitioners welcome
- CV must be submitted in English and English proficiency level indicated
