About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content
- Review responses to clinical questions and assess medical accuracy and safety
- Label AI outputs against clear quality criteria
- Create complex, realistic tasks testing frontier AI agents
- Develop tasks involving scattered patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning
- Build detailed task versions with objective scoring
- Write ambiguous versions designed to train AI agents to succeed with less hand-holding
- Contribute to health-focused AI training projects for leading technology companies
Requirements
What you’ll need- US-based practicing medical professional
- Degree in Medicine, or a degree in a related field (nursing, psychology, dietetics, etc.) with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Current, valid US license to practice (medical license for physicians; relevant state license for adjacent roles, such as RN, licensed psychologist, or RDN)
- Active clinical practice
- 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
- Strong written English (C1+)
- Board certification is a plus
- Ability to complete tasks by deadlines and meet listed acceptance criteria
- CV must be submitted in English
- Open to part-time, non-permanent projects
