About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create high-quality presentations for real-world use cases for the Tendem project
- Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences
- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with minimalism and precise information hierarchy
- Enhance presentations with custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent visual design
- Apply a polished, persuasive, premium corporate-meets-creative style across deliverables
- Validate visual alignment, pacing, formatting quality, and brand adherence before final delivery
- Transform raw data and narratives into compelling, presentation-ready slides and one-pagers
- Apply visual communication, information design, and storytelling expertise to deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus
- Strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization
- Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design
- Methodical, detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and transform complex narratives into premium visuals
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, and similar presentation software
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma
- Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
- Advanced skills in typography, custom fonts, and smooth, elegant animations
- Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
- English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
- CV must include a link to a portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization
- Applications without a portfolio link or relevant presentation cases will not be considered
