About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate the eFTI Regulation and its delegated and implementing acts into concrete functional requirements for the eFTI gate
- Model processes and data, including mapping to the eFTI common data set
- Contribute to architecture and elaborate functional and technical design in line with eCMR principles
- Write and maintain functional and technical message specifications for exchanging freight information between platforms, the gate and authorities
- Prepare and support testing, from test scenarios to acceptance and conformity testing
- Guide implementation with development teams, suppliers and stakeholders, and follow up on questions and changes
- Keep documentation clear, consistent and up to date for business and IT audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with design elaboration, functional and technical message specifications, testing and implementation
- Experience with process and data modelling techniques, for example BPMN, UML or similar
- Several years of experience as an analyst or consultant in complex, multi-stakeholder IT programmes
- Familiarity with the eFTI Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 and/or the eCMR
- An analytical mindset with the ability to make complex regulation and technology understandable
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with business, IT, suppliers and public authorities
- Fluent English
- Experience in logistics, transport or freight
- Knowledge of eCMR or other digital freight documents
