About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that demonstrate simple, intuitive usability
Design interfaces for responsive web platforms and mobile applications
Conduct user research and usability testing
Make user-centered decisions and rapidly modify and test product designs in response to business needs
Collaborate closely with developers and other teams to ensure the efficient implementation of solutions
Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the design system
Translate business requirements into actionable product roadmaps focused on an intuitive and effective user experience
Lead the definition and evolution of product success metrics, monitoring performance and proposing adjustments
Propose continuous improvements to digital products and internal processes based on industry best practices and market trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
A specialization in Product Management, UX, Business, Innovation, or Project Management is preferred
Experience with interaction design, including usability, accessibility, and interface design principles
Knowledge of visual design, including composition, typography, and color palette principles
Knowledge of prototyping and testing, including rapid prototyping tools and techniques
Knowledge of design methodologies such as design thinking and lean UX
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Knowledge of agile methodologies
