About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide an amazing facial and body waxing experience for clients
- Maintain MiniLuxe standards of hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness
- Represent the MiniLuxe brand positively toward team members, clients, and the community
- Deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality services according to defined waxing standards
- Perform body and facial waxing and lash/brow tinting services where applicable
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Present a professional appearance according to grooming standards
- Educate clients about premium services and retail products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current state license as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist
- Passion for clean beauty and waxing
- Good time management
- Team player within team environment
- Exceptional client service
- Self-motivated
- Ability to perform body and facial waxing
- Ability to perform lash/brow tinting services where applicable
- Must adhere to MiniLuxe grooming standards, policies, and procedures
