About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide virtual HR support and consulting
  • Advise employees, former employees, dependents, and pensioners on HR processes
  • Develop, review, and update content for the HR Knowledge Base

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education is preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Availability to work a 5-on, 2-off schedule
  • Knowledge of hiring, termination, employee movement, training, benefits, and labor relations processes
  • Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, expatriation, and repatriation
  • Knowledge of employment termination processes
  • Ability to provide technical support for labor hearings and liaise with the Legal department
