About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, build, and operate server and network environments for customers and in the company’s own cloud
Operate cloud platforms in German data centers, including provisioning, backup, and monitoring
Manage firewalls, VPNs, and networks
Migrate customers to Microsoft 365 and establish sustainable, well-structured environments
Centrally manage customer environments, including patching, monitoring, endpoint security, and backup
Assemble, test, and deliver servers and workstations
Support customers with incidents and technical questions
Document solutions
Contribute to standards, tooling, and internal processes
Automate recurring tasks
Communicate directly with customers about requirements, concepts, and solutions
Help shape the company’s growth and infrastructure standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Windows Server, virtualization, and networking
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and routing
Interest in Linux and scripting
Enjoyment of building and testing hardware and servers
Ability to explain technical concepts in a way customers can easily understand
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and persevere when solving problems
Willingness to take on challenges
Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
Team-oriented mindset
Honesty and direct communication
Class B driver’s license
Willingness to travel and regularly work on-site at customer locations
