About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections as needed
- Travel to residential and commercial job sites to perform surface refinishing work
- Apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions during refinishing projects
- Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with clients to understand their refinishing needs and preferences
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Represent the Miracle Method brand professionally on every job
- Repair and refinish tubs, ceramic tile, and countertops for residential and commercial clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in surface refinishing or related field preferred, but the company will train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and guidelines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working with chemicals and spray equipment
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to and from work
