About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Impact the enterprise AI adoption roadmap, target audiences, priority use cases, goals, and value measures
- Advise executives on adoption barriers, investments, trade-offs, and actions needed to accelerate responsible usage
- Develop content to enhance adoption and learning for employees and teams
- Lead audience segmentation, adoption journeys, campaigns, communities, and role-based learning
- Translate AI capabilities into practical workflow guidance, demonstrations, toolkits, and reinforcement
- Execute change management planning for small and large Digital Workplace programs and projects
- Use behavioral and usage data to identify friction, test interventions, and scale successful approaches
- Mobilize product, technology, business, learning, communications, HR, risk, legal, and compliance partners around shared adoption outcomes
- Provide executive reporting connecting activation, sustained usage, responsible adoption, and business impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 7–10 years leading enterprise adoption, product enablement, digital transformation, learning, or employee engagement, including scaling new technologies
- Proven success in audience activation, role-based enablement, workflow integration, behavioral insight, measurement, and value realization
- Executive influence
- Global cross-functional leadership
- Strong enterprise AI and responsible-use knowledge
- Advanced analytics skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
