About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn how business processes work and help improve them with support from experienced mentors
- Help document processes, workflows, and business requirements
- Support quality, information security, business continuity, and risk management activities
- Assist in identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation

Requirements
What you’ll need- Student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in business processes, quality, security, or risk management
- Ability to organize information and create clear documentation
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools
- English level B2 or higher
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling tools is nice to have
- Basic understanding of ISO standards, quality management, or information security is nice to have
- Interest in auditing, compliance, or continuous improvement is nice to have
