Commercial Insurance Account Manager – Property Insurance, Internal Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and provide comprehensive, independent advice primarily to commercial clients
- Act as the liaison between clients and insurance companies
- Handle day-to-day business, from processing applications through claims settlement
- Independently prepare quotations and cover notes
- Review and forward claims notifications to insurance companies
- Develop optimal solutions with insurers and support clients with their inquiries
- Work closely with the field sales team, back office, and management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or an equivalent or higher qualification
- Practical experience in commercial lines insurance (property, liability, accident, and motor insurance), preferably in servicing commercial clients
- Relevant knowledge of insurance contract administration and claims handling
- Confident manner combined with a strong service orientation and high level of commitment
- Strong communicator and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
