About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the delivery strategy and model for Portfolio Management, including planning, tracking, reviewing, and executive communication
Change delivery approaches to drive faster organizational impact as technology and working models shift
Lead delivery discovery for multi-team initiatives so commitments are scoped and de-risked before work begins
Coordinate across teams, surface dependencies and unknowns early, and proactively solve complex cross-team problems
Own the Portfolio Management engagement model covering execution planning, release planning, and alignment with executive leadership
Establish delivery standards based on recurring themes across Portfolio Management work
Provide informal guidance to fellow Delivery Managers through coaching and example
Report to the Senior Director, Portfolio Prioritization & Delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs, including initiatives spanning multiple organizations
Track record of building delivery structure, processes, or engagement models where no established approach existed, and seeing them adopted
Experience defining delivery metrics or standards later adopted beyond the originating team
Experience coordinating across organizations, anticipating unknowns, and handling late changes without disrupting work
Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills
Experience informally guiding or coaching other delivery professionals without formal management authority
Ability to travel ~4+ times per year for high quality in-person collaboration
Experience with portfolio management, capital allocation, or credit portfolio functions preferred
Experience standing up a new function, process, or center of excellence preferred
Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry preferred
