About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own cross-functional prioritization and delivery across Mission Lane
Manage the prioritization framework and facilitate decisions about initiative sequencing, capacity, and risk
Build out and operate a new prioritization function and framework
Lead and develop four Delivery Managers embedded in Collections, Data & AI/Model Process, Portfolio Management, and Acquisitions
Maintain the prioritization tracker as the single source of truth for initiatives, stages, and rationale
Run weekly prioritization meetings, MBRs, and QBRs
Establish company-wide delivery standards, frameworks, and tooling
Align Product, Engineering, Data Science, Credit, Marketing, Finance, and Legal/Compliance teams
Clear blockers and resolve cross-functional trade-offs
Conduct post-initiative retrospectives and implement improvements to planning and delivery
Report to the SVP, Product, Platform, & Delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of building processes and oversight to drive improved speed to impact across an organization
Proven track record leading and developing a team focused on organizational effectiveness, such as Delivery Managers, Program Managers, or similarly scoped delivery leaders
Experience working in a highly regulated and technical environment
Ability to shape functional strategy and operate with a high degree of autonomy
Experience owning enterprise-level portfolio intake, prioritization, and execution tracking end to end at meaningful scale and complexity
Ability to align senior and executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Credit, and Legal without direct authority
Deep working knowledge of modern delivery methodologies
Experience structuring and running weekly prioritization meetings, MBRs, and QBRs
Hands-on experience with modern portfolio and workflow tooling, including Jira, Jira Align, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
Experience evaluating and administering portfolio and workflow tools at an organizational level
Experience hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to travel approximately 4 or more times per year for in-person collaboration
Preferred: Direct experience in consumer lending, credit cards, or another regulated financial services environment
Preferred: Experience scaling delivery governance and team structures in a fast-growing, mid-sized organization
Preferred: Expertise configuring Jira Align, Dragonboat, or Productboard
Preferred: Experience building portfolio dashboards with Tableau or Power BI
