Integrate Collins sustainment and SSN readiness activities
Track cross-cutting dependencies, including workforce, regulatory, industrial, and schedule dependencies
Ensure transition activities maintain operational stability
Coordinate cross-division reporting and integration

What you’ll need

8+ years in program integration, transition management, or complex system coordination
Experience supporting submarine sustainment programs, ideally US SSN/VCS
Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies (workforce, schedule, regulatory, industrial)
Strong stakeholder coordination skills across government, industry, and military organisations
Experience maintaining operations during major transformation or transition programs
Must have had an Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance within the last 2 years
8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience
Preferred: Experience in AUKUS, submarine transition, or new enterprise stand-up efforts
Preferred: Background in program controls, risk management, or enterprise reporting
Preferred: Exposure to multinational defence collaboration environments
Strongly preferred: current Active Secret (or above) Security Clearance
May be required to visit a job site in an industrial or shipboard environment
Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level
