About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Function as the Digital Signal Processing Subject Matter Expert
Create, maintain, and augment digital signal processing software
Solve problems creatively and engage proactively in technical decision-making
Work with a multidisciplinary team to move from processing models to hardware implementations
Present status reports to key internal stakeholders
Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve digital signal processing chains
Work collaboratively with technical professionals in an agile environment
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 0 years experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or high school diploma/equivalent and 6 years relevant experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks
Minimum Secret clearance required to start
3+ years of digital signal processing experience
Experience with cellular/satellite communications, wireless protocols, algorithms, and data analysis
Good written and oral communication skills
3+ years of programming experience in C/C++, MATLAB, and Python (preferred)
3+ years of experience with CUDA/FPGA signal processing (preferred)
3+ years of experience with RF test equipment (preferred)
Experience with X-Midas, GNU Radio, and/or REDHAWK (desired)
Experience with containers such as Docker and Kubernetes (desired)
Experience working in a cloud environment (desired)
