About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Cyber and Intelligence Business Unit
- Manage multiple Program Managers and assigned personnel supporting US Government and Department of Defense customers
- Achieve business goals and growth targets
- Develop assigned personnel through professional development, performance assessments, and successor planning
- Serve as HII’s primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Contribute to company strategy within the Cyber and Intelligence portfolio
- Develop and guide initiatives that improve customer value
- Provide senior-level leadership to achieve performance and financial goals for assigned programs and contracts
- Ensure adequate and timely staffing of programs and contracts
- Maintain contact with customers, CORs, and Contracting Officers to adjust programs, staffing, priorities, and deliverables
- Coordinate scope or funding changes with HII contract, subcontract, or finance representatives
- Lead people and programs to meet mission needs
- Work with functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction, policy compliance, and high ethical standards
- Model HII values of integrity, safety, honesty, engagement, responsibility, and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in DoD related field; or 8 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated experience building and leading an engaged, diverse and inclusive culture
- Experience managing multiple Program or Project Managers and FTE counts in excess of 100
- Must have Top-Secret clearance with SCI
- Preferred: minimum of 15 years of professional experience with progressive responsibility
- Preferred: minimum of 10 years supporting DoD contracts
- Preferred: minimum of 6 years management/leadership experience in a programmatic or organizational capacity
- Strong experience and understanding of managing teams in the cybersecurity domain
- Expertise in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) and subordinate organizations
- Knowledge of USAF organizations located at Hanscom Air Force Base
- Ability to travel CONUS
