About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to design innovative technical solutions and execute project scope under the guidance of a team leader
- Translate functional requirements into robust designs and validate that designs meet performance and project constraints
- Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, software systems, and networks
- Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
- Apply sound technical principles, theories, and concepts to assigned work
- Create solutions to challenging technical problems in a team environment using engineering processes and toolsets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or 0 years experience with Masters in related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with leadership and peers
- Ability to participate in cross-functional teams, communicate with team members, and coordinate work with others to reach a common goal
- Willingness to travel for external testing events and customer demonstrations
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
