About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop systems, applications, and solutions for enterprise-level cyber systems and networks
- Apply expertise in secure communication protocols and systems integration
- Establish and maintain operational security risk management strategies
- Define security requirements and perform risk assessments
- Implement proactive solutions to mitigate emerging threats
- Employ advanced tools and tradecraft related to identity management, vulnerability testing, and system hardening
- Integrate new security features within existing architectures
- Provide architectural analysis to enhance system capabilities, business continuity, and operational continuity planning
- Develop security policies and interface with law enforcement, intelligence, and other government organizations and agencies
- Offer engineering recommendations and lead testing initiatives
- Provide solutions to resolve complex system issues
- Apply technical expertise in operational risk management and intelligence tradecraft across cyber and physical domains
- Guide successful completion of major programs and potentially function in a project leadership role
- Provide operational support to Identity Management physical and virtual activities
- Develop risk management assessments and recommendations to fulfill Identity Management requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
- Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
- Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
- DoD or military service MOS producing course in either CI, HUMINT, Intelligence or Cyber
- Experience within the Intelligence Community, Special Operations, or Federal Law Enforcement in Cyber, SIGINT, or Intelligence Analysis
- Strong understanding and manipulation of computer hardware and software
- Experience in identity management and cybersecurity roles
- Must be able to travel to points within the designated area of responsibility as required
- Current/active US Passport and medically cleared to deploy
- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; and 8+ years of intelligence/CI/HUMINT/risk management analyst experience
- Experience with identity management methodologies
- Familiarity with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) principles
- Experience determining operational validity of a unit’s risk management TTPs
- Knowledge of open sources, digital behaviors, and common platforms used in one or more CCMD AORs
- Completion of one or more JCITA Courses: Fundamentals of Sensitive Support, Advanced Planners Course, Advanced Technicians Course, or Due Diligence Course
- Preferred TS/SCI Security Clearance with active Polygraph
