About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, track, and maintain accountability of Government Furnished Equipment and Property
  • Maintain accurate inventory, location, and condition records in ELMS and other logistics systems
  • Conduct quarterly inventories and audits in accordance with DoD regulations
  • Manage deficient, redundant, and obsolete equipment through DRMS and AMCOM
  • Update ACN, GCSS-Army, and ELMS records and documentation
  • Coordinate and track aircraft tail numbers and serial numbers through demilitarization
  • Provide lifecycle property support for PM UAS
  • Train unit personnel on receipt, inspection, storage, and administration of expendable and durable items
  • Prepare contract modification documentation for property transfers
  • Provide UAS lifecycle sustainment and maintenance planning support
  • Oversee UAS maintenance operations and Field Service Representatives
  • Support upgrades, configuration management, data analysis, and work order processing
  • Advise the Product Manager on sustainment and inventory posture
  • Coordinate ACN maintenance file transfers for equipment movement
  • Oversee ACN and GCSS-Army use for PdM EUAS-owned assets
  • Ensure maintenance and readiness reporting complies with Army regulations and technical manuals
  • Submit monthly readiness reports through the Enterprise Materiel Status Reporting Tool
  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support services for sustainment planning, coordination, and MANPRINT requirements
  • Review ECPs, MWOs, software change packages, CDRLs, and PWS documents for logistics requirements
  • Support CLS/PBL contracts by monitoring contractor performance, deliverables, and modifications
  • Collaborate with acquisition logistics teams and external agencies on requisitions, returns, ECPs, and MWOs
  • Assist with maintenance-related MOAs
  • Plan, coordinate, develop, and execute New Equipment Training activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master’s in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
  • U.S. secret-level security clearance required at hire
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. issued passport
  • Proficiency and experience with DoD logistics systems including GCSS-Army, DPAS, and ELMS
  • Direct experience preparing and revising complex and highly technical logistics contract requirements, including SOWs, specifications, contract clauses, and CDRLs
  • Experience on Integrated Product Teams, including logistics conferences, data reviews, technical publication reviews and verifications, system fielding, and training events
  • Experience supporting system evaluation, testing, and fielding, including manual validation/verification, NET, and PCA/FCA
  • Experience providing guidance, mentoring, and advice on highly complex logistics problems
  • Experience supporting Product Support Manager Total Life Cycle Systems Management responsibilities, including Performance Based Product Support Strategy and LCSP development
  • Experience forecasting, developing, and modifying logistics cost/funding requirements and resources
  • Experience during proposal development and evaluations, including acquisition strategy input and life cycle sustainment/management plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be able to work in office, industrial, and warehouse environments
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and transport heavy equipment
  • Travel expected up to 25%
