About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Logistic Information System (LIS) Maximo support to Army Reserve Task Force units assigned to the C2CRE-A Mission
Conduct LIS Maximo training classes for supported Task Force units
Set up units’ sites, locations, storerooms, and user accounts and permissions within the LIS
Document and maintain accurate equipment inventory at onsite and offsite locations
Process work orders for durable and consumable replacement or repair
Manage Quote / Purchase Request/Order (PR/PO) processes
Perform trend analysis, investigate issues, and perform corrective action
Perform data entry and reporting
Provide LIS support during Quarterly CLS and Exercise Support Visits
Recommend actions to resolve logistics management and operational problems and optimize current processes and systems
Assist the PM with revenue forecasting

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
Travel approximately 30% of the year
Valid state driver’s license
Ability to gain access to and drive on Federal Government installations
Ability to obtain security clearance
Experience working in Maximo LIS preferred
Financial / Accounting background preferred
Military background preferred
CBRN background preferred
Able to work in warehouse and field locations / environments
Able to lift 50 lbs.
